Edwards & Gray Turns Five!🎉

This September marks a very special milestone for Edwards & Gray – we are officially celebrating our 5th birthday.

When we first opened our doors back in 2020, our vision was simple: to create an estate agency built on experience, dedication and a genuine care for people and property. Five years on, that vision has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined – and it’s all thanks to the trust and support of our clients, colleagues and community.

A Year of Growth and New Beginnings🌱

The last 12 months have been some of our most exciting yet. Alongside our long-established Coleshill HQ, we’ve expanded further across the Midlands, opening not one but two new offices – in Lichfield and Solihull.

• Our Lichfield office, led by Director Charlotte Edwards, has allowed us to bring our expertise to a whole new part of the Midlands. With Charlotte living locally, it’s an area close to our hearts and one we’re proud to now call home for Edwards & Gray.
• Our Solihull office, led by Alex Pawlowski, marks another special chapter in our journey. Alex has been part of Edwards & Gray since we were just a few months old and his passion and dedication have been instrumental in growing the business to where it is today. Solihull is also one of the region’s most sought-after areas and we are delighted to now have a dedicated base here under Alex’s leadership.

Together with Coleshill, these offices give us a fantastic platform for the future – helping more people move, in more places, with the same personal and professional service that defines Edwards & Gray.

Looking Back and Ahead💫

Five years may have flown by, but they’ve been filled with countless moments we’ll never forget – from handing over keys to first-time buyers, to supporting families as they found their forever homes.

As we celebrate this milestone, we’re also looking ahead with excitement. The last five years have shown us that with the right people around you, there are no limits. We can’t wait to see where the next five years take us and the many more clients and communities we’ll have the privilege to work with.
