Our Tenant Find service is ideal for landlords who are happy to manage the tenancy themselves after a tenant moves in. Our Fully Managed service takes care of the entire process, including ongoing tenancy management, inspections, maintenance coordination and much more.
This varies depending on the property, location and market conditions. We use expert marketing and proactive communication to attract high-quality tenants as quickly as possible, while never compromising on finding the right tenant for your property.
We carry out comprehensive tenant referencing, including identity verification, Right to Rent checks, employment and income verification, previous landlord references where applicable and affordability assessments.
Where applicable, deposits must be registered with a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme. With our Fully Managed service, we'll take care of the registration for you. This service is also available as an optional extra with our Tenant Find package.
If you've chosen our Fully Managed service, we'll coordinate maintenance on your behalf using trusted local contractors and keep you informed throughout. Landlords using our Tenant Find service will manage maintenance directly once the tenancy has commenced.
